111ba reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence of fraud, deception or deliberate exploitation of the system.
• Providing false identity or age-related information.
• Attempts to misuse bonuses.
• Harassing behaviour toward other users.

The following payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals on the 111ba platform:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service.
• Nagad — The postal department's mobile financial service.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service.
• Upay — United Commercial Bank's digital payment service.
• Bank Transfer — Major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank.

Transactions through any payment method other than those listed above will not be accepted. All deposits and withdrawals must be made through a method registered under the same name.

The following limits apply to financial transactions:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳300 (per method).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳800.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Normally completed within one hour.

Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed. Withdrawals may be temporarily put on hold if fraud is suspected.

Using another person's payment account to make deposits or withdrawals on 111ba is strictly prohibited. Your account and payment method must both be registered in the same person's name. Violating this rule will result in the relevant transaction being cancelled and the account may be suspended.

111ba offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance ৳2,500.
• Deposit ৳12,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 — total balance ৳20,000.

To receive the bonus, the first deposit must be made immediately after registration. An account is eligible for the welcome bonus only once.

The wagering requirement must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. 111ba's bonus wagering requirement is 20 times (20x), and it applies only to the bonus amount — not the total balance including the deposited funds.

For example: the wagering requirement for a ৳1,500 bonus would be ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 in bets. This means a total of ৳30,000 in bets must be placed before the bonus can be withdrawn.

111ba is committed to preventing any misuse of the bonus system. The following activities will be considered bonus misuse:

• Creating multiple accounts to earn bonuses.
• Attempting to meet wagering requirements through virtual or synthetic bets.
• Claiming multiple bonuses under the name of the same family member.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same IP address or device.

If such activity is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

111ba is committed to ensuring fair and transparent outcomes in all games. All games are operated using secured Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Attempting to artificially influence the outcome of any game is prohibited.

If an unusual game result occurs due to a technical error or system failure, the relevant round will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.

The following rules apply in the sports betting section:

• Bets must be confirmed before an event begins.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event (i.e., betting on both sides) is prohibited.
• All betting decisions are final and will be settled according to the applicable rules.

111ba will not be held responsible if a game is interrupted mid-session due to loss of internet connection, browser crash or any other issue related to the user's device or connection. However, if a game is affected by a fault in the platform's own servers or software, that round will be reviewed.
